1.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference. To process your request, we may require proof of the damage or defect, such as photographs or returning the product to us.  

1.2 Change of Mind Returns: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. In such cases, you can return the unused, unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order. However, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive the returned products in their original condition, we will issue a refund for the product value, excluding any initial shipping and handling charges.  

2.1 Order Processing: We strive to process and ship your order promptly. Please allow about 3-6 days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2.2 Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer various shipping options at checkout. The available options and associated rates will be displayed during the checkout process. Please select the desired shipping method that best suits your needs.

2.3 Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the respective courier's website.  

2.4 Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping within Australia.
